We appreciate your business and strive to give each of our Authorized Dealers our best. However, due to C-19, USPS, UPS, FedEx and DHL no longer guarantee delivery dates as there are delays in shipments globally beyond their control. As such B&T is not able to provide a specific delivery time.
In addition, please understand B&T does not have access to additional tracking information. The information you see using your tracking number is all that is available to us.
While we strive to get Dealer orders out as soon as possible, the number of high volume orders coupled with the C-19 disruptions has extended our shipping timeline 4 weeks. Please keep this in mind when ordering, and order accordingly as this timeline may get extended further.
FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We recommend contacting your local post office to confirm your countries inbound mail status BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Custom's policies dictate package movement that is beyond our control and your order may be held until further notice.
It is better to put off ordering until packages are allowed into your country from the USA. Regarding packages shipped prior to C-19, please contact your local post office with tracking number to determine status.
